Roles and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation
• Analyze and fix the environment issues proactively by addressing client queries and providing required details on time
• Liaise with Development Team, Senior Development Consultants as appropriate to ensure the resolution of issues.
• Prioritizing Defects with Development Team and getting them scheduled appropriately
• Follows the companies Operating Procedures
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required as this role demands interacting with multiple locations and stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and client facing skills.
• Pro-active, highly motivated and a strong team player
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Rotational Shift as per APAC/UK/US business hours.Production

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of IT experience.
• Sybase, UNIX/LINUX Shell Scripting
• Debugging skills
• Strong in Sybase PL/SQL
• 0-15 days notice period
